In these virtual sessions, Leah approaches your wellness holistically, through wellness of mind, body, and spirit. She seamlessly tailors each session to your needs, integrating intuitive readings, energy healing, and integrative somatic techniques to help you move through your healing and navigate life's challenges. Whether your need involves healing and releasing emotional trauma, finding clarity and cultivating confidence to move forward in your life, this session is just for you! What to expect: - Mediumship- Leah will connect with Spirit prior to your session to explore avenues of healing and growth. She'll discuss the insights she received from your higher-self, spirit guides, and loved ones at the beginning of each session. (15 mins) - Energy Healing- Leah will connect with your energetic body, balancing and clearing any incongruities that stand in the way of your health and wellness. Leah will also discuss any intuitive messages and energetic feedback she received during the session. (45 mins) - Integrative somatic healing incorporates techniques such as breathwork, meditation, inner child healing, stress, anxiety, depression management, and neural rewiring. All techniques are tailored to your specific needs and for your sustained health and wellness. (30 mins) Due to the necessary preparation time for this, you'll be asked to book 48 hours in advance.
